The color is this wine is dark and deep, almost black. The flavors of vanilla, black berries and quince are melting together : the bouquet is complex harmonious. This vintage at Château Lalaudey is amazing ! Broad and flexible in the mouth, the elegant structure shows a certain power that allows to consider several years of aging. This wine will be perfect with a duck with craberrie sauce or cheeses !
